Please be informed the paving project will begin in the community on Monday, May 4th.

 

Paving will be completed on Lady Palm Way, Silver Palm Road, Fishtail Palm Court, and Canary Palm Way.

The schedule will be as follows:

 

Asphalt Milling:

 May 4th, 5th, 6th

 

Asphalt Paving :

May 6th, 7th, 8th

 

Striping :

Week of May 25th

 

Street Sequence:

Lady Palm Way, Silver Palm Rd, Fishtail Palm Ct and Canary Palm Way.

 

During the Milling Operation:

1 side of the road will remain open at all times

You may come and go as needed

Please park cars in garage or driveway to avoid dusting

 

During The Paving Operation:

1 side of the road will remain open at all times

Do NOT drive through tack coat

If you have any questions, please ask

Plan on leaving 20 minutes earlier in case of a delay

Do not run sprinklers

You may drive on the new asphalt any time after the rolling is completed

Work hours will be from 7 AM to 7 PM (gates will remain open during this time)

Do not stop and turn your steering wheel on the new asphalt
