Envera Outage Update

In our recent communications with Envera, below is what they have shared regarding the current outage: 

The company has experienced an outage and proactively opened the gates and disconnected the gate system and MyEnvera.

They have deployed over 100 engineers, technicians, and customer service representatives to support the entirety of this outage and thoroughly investigate the scope of the incident.

Data has not been compromised.

Credits will be applied to our bill and more information on this is forthcoming and will be discussed directly with designated community contacts. 

Envera has advised they are still capturing all video from their camera systems at the gates and at other locations. In the event of an incident, Envera can still share video with the Police and the Association. Additional access control locations also remain fully operational. 

Envera has reassured us that their priority is resolving this matter in the safest manner possible. As soon as they have significant updates, we will be alerted to those quickly.
